How do I find my order confirmation and tracking number?
After you place your order, we will send you an email confirmation of your order. Once we ship your order, we will also send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.
How long will it take to process my order?
If the product is in stock, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Please note that some of our pieces are made to order and this means that it can sometimes take a few weeks for us to make it and send it to you.
Once an item ships, it should arrive within 3-5 business days in the United States and 8-10 business days internationally.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All our items come in our jewelry box and are shipped in discreet packaging for safety reasons. We do not offer any special gift wrapping at this moment.

What is your product lead time?
If you order an in-stock item, it will ship within 1-3 business days. If you order a made-to-order piece, it will take 4-5 weeks for us to make it.

Orders within the US generally take 3-5 business days for shipping. International orders vary depending on your destination, but usually take around 8-10 business. Once your order ships, you can track its progress through your shipping confirmation email.

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders in the US. For all international orders, there is a $50 flat rate for shipping to any location.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Your satisfaction is our goal and we will work to resolve any issues.
In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in salable condition. Final sale items or custom pieces are not available for returns.
How do I start the return process?

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When can I expect a refund?
We will process your return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving it. Your item must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition to be approved.
Depending on your payment method, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account after processing.
Can I return items for an international order?
Yes, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to us. We advise that you use a courier service that you trust, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. It is always a good idea to insure your returning shipments.

What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a silicon carbide crystal that was first discovered in a meteor crater. It has since become a popular gemstone for engagement rings and jewelry because of its diamond-like appearance and durability.
What’s the difference between moissanite and diamonds?
At first glance, moissanite and diamonds may look the same. However, they are different gemstones with their own qualities. The biggest advantage of moissanite over diamonds is that it is more affordable. Additionally, both moissanite and diamonds can be colorless. To learn more, visit our moissanite page.
Is moissanite durable?
Yes, moissanites are very durable. They rank a 9.25 on the Mohs scale of hardness, while diamonds rank a 10. The only things that can scratch a moissanite are other moissanites and diamonds.
Can I shower with a moissanite?
Yes, you can shower with moissanite jewelry. However, the more you come in contact with soap, dirt and chemicals, the faster oils and dirt can build up on the surface of your jewelry or the metal (whether silver or gold).
This can be easily cleaned off but to ensure a longer-lasting sparkle, we recommend avoiding doing dishes or heavy housework whilst wearing your ring.
How do I care for my Voll pieces?
If you take care of it, your Voll jewelry can last for many generations. Do not let it come into contact with household bleach or cleaning products, as this may cause the gold or setting to discolor. Keep your jewelry away from hair spray, lotions, deodorants and perfumes. And also, don't wear it while you're working out at the gym!
How do I clean my Voll pieces?
You can clean moissanite the same way you would clean diamond or any other fine gemstone. We recommend cleaning your moissanite jewelry with just mild soap and water using a soft toothbrush.
What is the process for a custom piece?
First, schedule an appointment with one of our Voll jewelry experts. We will use this appointment to understand your creative vision and what you are looking for.
Once we have a good understanding, we will provide you with a custom quotation. If you are ready to proceed, we will take a 75% deposit and create a CAD rendering of your custom piece.
Once you approve the CAD, we will put it to production. It will take about 4-5 weeks to complete production, after which we will ship it to you.
How long does it take?
After making your deposit, you can expect your bespoke piece anytime from 5-8 weeks depending on the design complexity.
Is there a design fee?
There is no additional fee for design or CAD rendering. Your quote is all-inclusive and the final price you will pay.
Can I return a custom piece?
All custom pieces are final sale only.

We require a 75% deposit upon confirmation and the remaining before we ship the piece out.
